Vouchers may be bought like normal articles. As soon as you buy a voucher and it is activated after successful payment you will see the amount in your shopping cart. Now you can send the desired amount by email by using the link “Send Voucher”.

In order to send a voucher please click on the link “send voucher” in your shopping cart. The following information will be required from you in order to send the voucher: given name and surname of the recipient, a valid email address of the recipient, the desired amount (it is possible to send only partial amounts of your credit, too), a short message to the recipient. Please check your particulars before sending. You have the possibility to change your particulars anytime before sending.

As soon as you have credited your voucher you can use it for payment of your order. During the order process you have the possibility to cash your credit. If your credit is less than the value of goods you have to choose your preferred payment method for the remaining amount. Is your credit higher than the value of goods the remaining credit will naturally be at your disposal for your next order.

If you have received a voucher by email you may cash the amount as follows:

01. Click on the link stated in the email. If you should not have a personal customer account yet you get the possibility to open one.

02. After you have put a product inside your shopping cart you may enter the voucher code there.
